Delivery Process
When your wallbed order ships frpm our facility you will receive an email notification. This notification will be emailed to the address you provided when you placed your order. Then 24 hours prior to delivery you will receive a phone call from the delivering carrier to schedule delivery of your wallbed. The carrier will phone the number you entered when placing your order.

Delivery Options
We offer flat rate nationwide shipping with 3 options.
Curbside delivery “FREE”
1 – man, lift gate truck
Delivery made by one man at the end of a residential driveway (or in front of the building) with the assistance of a lift gate.
Threshold delivery – $100
2 – Man, inside delivery, first dry location
Two man delivery team will unload your items and carry them inside, placing them in the first dry interior areas available, usually in the garage or front entry.
White-Glove delivery – $200
2 – Man, inside delivery, to location of choice
Two man delivery team will unload your items and place them in the room of your choice.
NEED YOUR BED IN A HURRY?
We will ship your bed in 24 hours from receipt of your order for a fee of $150.
